All About Sunset Beach Resort's Beach Casita Apartment:  DESCRIPTION: This is ground floor apartment.  It has a private porch with a view of the pool.   It  has (1) queen bed, (1) queen sofabed and (1) bath.  It will sleep up to 2 guests.  This condo comes with all the comforts of home with it's fully-equipped kitchen and includes all basic kitchen appliances/utensils/server ware, beach towels, bath towels, ceiling fans, dvd player, cable TV and complimentary wifi. This  approx. 400 sq. ft. air-conditioned  condo is perfectly located 2.3 miles south of town within walking distance to grocery store, tour operator, (4) bars and (4) restaurants.   The kitchen includes a full fridge, stove top, oven, microwave, coffeepot, toaster, blender, cookware and utensils. All of our Belize vacation rentals at Sunset Beach Resort come  with all the comforts of home including wireless internet, fully-equipped kitchens, central air-conditioning  and spacious family rooms.   All linens are included (including beach towels).
